Responsibilities:
- Patrol designated areas of the resort premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and investigate any suspicious activity or behavior.
- Respond to calls for assistance and emergencies, and provide first aid and CPR if necessary.
- Enforce resort policies and procedures, and report any violations to management.
- Prepare and submit incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities and events.
- Assist with the training and development of new security personnel.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies if needed.
