The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and assets. The role involves implementing security protocols, and addressing any security-related issues. MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AND BE AVAILABLE TO WORK NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND WEEKDAY SHIFTS AS NEEDED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain security systems (CCTV, alarm systems, access control).
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing immediate action as required.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and law enforcement practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in the use of security technology and equipment.
- Must be bilingual - English and Spanish
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., outdoors, inclement weather).
