Staff and Security for Events / Loss Prevention

T.E.A.M. Security is hiring adults who honestly strive to be at the top of their field. This is a public safety position, and we take that seriously.

We’re looking for dependable, professional Security + Staff personnel who believe in a strong work ethic, take pride in their work, and act with integrity.

Basic Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be eligible to obtain an Arizona Guard Card
• Must be drug-free, including marijuana
• No felonies ever, no misdemeanors in the past 5 years, no warrants
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Must have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
• Must be willing to work throughout the Valley
• Must have a working cell phone
• Must be able to stand/walk for 4-8+ hours during a shift
