The SOC position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

What You Can Expect:
- The GSOC Operator also acts as lead on global threat intelligence/incident monitoring, escalation, and alerting (24/7).
- Ensure the GSOC functions as the hub for monitoring, analysis and interpretation of risks and threats that may affect company assets or operations.
- Communicate with Senior Security Management on matters related to employee welfare, global incidents, operational issues, and critical situations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely response to incidents, alarms, and notifications.
- Support local Security Operations Center on a Global level.
- Send Mass Notifications to client personnel regarding ongoing incidents.
- Investigate and respond to alarms promptly.
- Ensure all forms of communications, such as emails, phone conversations, and personal interactions, are conducted in a confidential, courteous, and professional manner and documented appropriately.
- Communicate risk notifications and alerts with clarity and professionalism to the appropriate parties as required per the standard operating procedures.
- Compile Metrics for incidents occurring at client sites globally.
- Participates regularly in security/safety training programs to stay current on critical SIOC responsibilities and competencies inclusive of drills and tabletop exercises.
- Perform other duties and special project functions as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

Advanced computer / technology skills needed.

Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.

- Prior SOC experience preferred.
Must have a reliable means of communication.
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
1 year of security related training or experience sufficient to meet the requirements of the assigned site, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as determined by the company.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a security operations center setting, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) experience preferred but not required.
- Must be highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced organization: coordinate and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to include executives and or C level dealership.
- Ability to think clearly during high stress periods.
- Flexibility and ability to work on a designated shift pattern as part of a 24/7 operation, along with a willingness to assist the team with overtime as needed.
- Good working knowledge of security systems for access control, CCTV systems, badging systems, alarm monitoring systems.

- Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Keyboarding, basic computer usage, and operating controls.
- Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly in order to communicate with employees and clients, observe and report incidents, and direct others.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
- May be required to use vehicle for the performance of duties.
- May be exposed to or required to handle sensitive and confidential information.
